There was a time when Fenway Park was so unpopulated that you could sit in the bleachers and carry a (non-cell phone) conversation with someone sitting behind the dugout. If you were at Fenway in those days, it might be two-thirds empty. You could become lonely. Not anymore. Sunday marked the 600th consecutive Fenway Park sellout.

Sunday marked the 600th consecutive Fenway Park sellout. It has to do with two things. First, the Red Sox have mostly been a competitive team since 2000 and World Champions twice (bet you knew that). Second, John Henry and his partners have owned the team for nine years.
